当店はこれまで、可能な限りご来店時間をお客様のご希望に添えるよう努めてまいりました。
ですが、御来店時間のズレによる料理提供のズレ。私の未熟さ故に、そのズレに対応しきれない時もあり、お客様へご迷惑をかけてしまうこともございました。

理想と現実の葛藤の中で、一つの判断を出させていただきました。

つきましては、来年1月から営業時間を変更させていただきます。

◆滞在時間は御予約の時間から最大で1時間20分までとさせていただきます。お酒などを楽しみながら、もっとゆっくりとお食事を楽しみたいなどのご希望がございましたら、ご予約の際にお伝えください。

Our restaurant has always strived to accommodate customers' preferred arrival times as much as possible.
However, discrepancies in arrival times can lead to delays in serving dishes. Due to my own inexperience, there have been times when I was unable to fully manage these delays, causing inconvenience to our customers.

Amidst the conflict between ideals and reality, we have decided on a solution this time.
Therefore, we will be changing our business hours starting January of next year.
