今日は新作のクリスマスチョコレートケーキを
たくさんのお客様に選んでいただき、
胸がふわっとあたたかくなる一日でした🎄🍫

夜は、いつものバスク風チーズケーキの仕込み。
オーブンの灯り、焼けていく色、
LEDキャンドルの柔らかい光──
ふと力が抜けて、心が整う時間です✨

明日は3連休最終日。
10:30〜17:30（L.O 17:00）でお待ちしております🌿

【From the Kitchen Tonight】

It was a warm and happy day —
so many guests enjoyed our new Christmas chocolate cake 🎄🍫

As night falls, I start preparing our classic Basque-style cheesecake.
The glow of the oven, the slow change of color,
and the gentle flicker of LED candles…
they all help me unwind and settle my thoughts.

Tomorrow is the last day of the long weekend.
We’re open from 10:30 to 17:30 (L.O. 17:00).
